FullStackAds is a trading name used by Ythan Jones, based in Leicester, UK. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Contact us through our enquiry form or call 07867 666306 with any privacy question or request.
Information we collect
When you enquire, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, main service and area. The homepage form also asks about your ad budget and preferred start time. We receive information you include in follow-up conversations.
Cloudflare processes technical information, including IP address, browser details and security signals, to deliver the website, protect it and check form submissions.
How and why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, arrange a call, prepare a campaign proposal and discuss services you request. We rely on our legitimate interests in answering business enquiries and operating a secure website. Where we take steps at your request before entering a contract with you, we also rely on that contractual purpose.
Your enquiry is sent to Ythan Jones by email. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list just because you contact us, and we do not sell your enquiry details.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare provides website hosting, security, Turnstile verification and email sending. Our email providers store the messages received by Ythan Jones. These providers may process information outside the UK. Contact us if you need details of the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes requests to Google when displaying the page. See Google’s privacy policy, Cloudflare’s privacy policy and the Turnstile Privacy Addendum for their processing information.
Cookies and advertising tracking
We have not added Google Ads conversion tags, analytics tags or advertising cookies to this website. Cloudflare’s security services process technical signals to prevent abuse. We will update this notice and provide any required choices before adding advertising tracking to FullStackAds.
Conversion tracking installed for a client’s campaigns and website is separate from this website and is addressed during client onboarding.
How long we keep enquiries
If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry details six months after the last meaningful contact. If you become a client, we retain information needed to provide the service and meet applicable accounting, contractual and legal obligations. We may retain relevant information longer where needed to resolve a dispute or meet a legal requirement.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, receive a portable copy, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to legal conditions. Use our enquiry form or phone number above to make a request.
